Is the RPM bumper Blitz specific? I didn't see anything listed besides front and rear a arms on RPM's web site.

No, there are only Slash and SC10 bumpers now. I modified a Slash bumper to work.

I looked into buying these last week, but the RAMTech-RC site doesn't allow registration outside the US and the Ebay shop doesn't have he roof mounted lights in stock.

I think RPM will make Blitz specific bumpers soon. Should be easy for them to do.
